失效Skill清理师
Introduction
找出报错/失效/被替代的废 Skill，留优去次，清爽你的技能库。 随着 Skill 越装越多，一些会因依赖缺失、长期报错或被更好的同类替代而悄悄"腐烂"，占着地方还可能误触发。失效 Skill 清理师像一位巡检员，只读扫描你的技能目录，从依赖完整性、运行报错、零调用时长、同类重叠四个维度给每个 Skill 打分，分出"健康/建议归档/建议停用"三档，并附证据与风险等级。它绝不擅自动手——只生成清单等你确认，执行时也只做"软归档"（移入归档子文件夹、可还原）或"停用"（disable），严禁真删。对装了几十条 Skill、又怕误清重要能力的用户，它是定期大扫除的安全工具：既保持库精简，又不丢任何东西。
