马维斯化自 https://github.com/wanshuiyin/Auto-claude-code-research-in-sleep（MIT 许可，wanshuiyin 官方）。 本技能是 ARIS 的「方法论编排层」，与「研究全自动流水线」(aris-full) 配套使用：本层负责顶层研究流程的 规划与编排，aris-full 提供 82 个原子技能与自动化脚本。二者零重叠、可同装，合则两利、分则两毙—— 单独用本层只有方法论框架与模板、无执行件，单独用 aris-full 有执行件但缺流程指导。 核心五步闭环（plan → draft → 对抗审 → 迭代 → 持久化）： 1. plan 规划研究目标与假设（编排 aris-full 的 idea-discovery / research-lit / idea-creator） 2. draft 起草研究草稿（编排 paper-plan / paper-write / experiment-plan / run-experiment） 3. 对抗审 独立审稿人跨模型对抗评审（编排 auto-review-loop 系列 / skills-codex-*，默认 Codex xhigh） 4. 迭代 按评审意见迭代（编排 research-refine / experiment-audit / analyze-results / evidence-check） 5. 持久化 结论写入 research-wiki（编排 research-wiki / wiki-enrich / meta-optimize） 编排约定：本层不携带子技能，各阶段动作按五步闭环从 aris-full 取对应原子技能执行； 自动化脚本（文献抓取 / 实验队列 / 审计看门狗）与 MCP 审稿通道亦由 aris-full 提供。 单独使用本层时仅能完成流程规划与模板起草，具体执行需装配 aris-full。 本层附 templates 研究模板（实验计划 / 发现清单 / 复盘报告 / 研究合同等），供规划阶段直接套用。 官方另有独立 CLI 版 aris-code（v0.4.24）与 Anti-Autoresearch（61 信号防 AI 自说自话审计）。 触发词："做个研究"/"调研这个话题"/"设计实验"/"写论文"/"帮我评审这份草稿"/"文献综述"/"维护研究笔记"。
