方案雷达（Solution Radar）元技能
Introduction
在着手一项非平凡的构建之前，先把问题分类为「已知（KNOWN）」或「未知（UNKNOWN）」并据此路由。已知 → 并行呈现多个成熟解决方案（工程同类方案 + 文献先验）。未知 → 启动认知放大器做拆解，辅以第一性原理分析与文献先验扫描，最终给出拆解方案、前人已做的尝试、可探索的方向。适用于即将设计架构、选择方案，或想知道「这事是否已被解决 / 是否新颖」时。对琐碎的增删改查（CRUD）、胶水代码，或用户已明确指定了具体方案的情况应跳过。此外，本技能还设有多重防误判机制：通过强制拟态检查防范系统 1（快思考）把「问题拟态」误判为已知；反转默认值——以「未知/存疑」为基线，已知必须靠论证挣得；部署隔离的对抗性批评者，破解「人 + AI 共谋式认同」回路；并在未知分支应用人类探索模型（皮亚杰、波普尔、好奇心、老虎机/探索-利用），而这正是当前大模型只会「内插」、无法「外推」的能力短板。
