Introduction
自进化安全护栏（SHE）工作流。当用户的多 Agent 系统在运行中出现越权、失败、被间接注入/投毒的案例，或希望把 SkillSentry 蜜罐测出的风险硬化进护栏时使用。把 Agent 的安全约束拆成四工件（系统提示 / 规则库 / 安全记忆 / 工具策略），按失败轨迹做归因诊断、生成最小补丁、经三道硬闸（先备份 / 安全-效用闸门 / 拒收池去重）后写回，形成 测→诊→改→验 的自愈闭环。适用于 Agent 安全加固、护栏自进化、蜜罐联动硬化、多 Agent 失守复盘。 | Self-Evolving Safety Harness (SHE) workflow.
