用户要在 Windows 上搜索本机文件、却不知道文件放在哪 / 想全盘找 / 或按文件内容找文件时使用本技能——毫秒级极速定位（Everything 级方案，Everything 可选非必需）。典型触发——用户说"帮我找下 X 文件""我文件放哪了找不到""全盘搜一下有没有 xxx""D 盘里哪个文件夹有 xxx""搜出最近改过的文件""找所有大于 1GB 的视频/图片/文档""按文件名/扩展名/修改时间/大小/目录/类型精确定位文件"或"哪些文本文件/代码里包含某段文字"。英文触发：find/search a local file anywhere on disk, locate file by name, ext, date, size or folder, full-text search inside txt/md/code/json. 能力与边界：支持按文件名(子串/glob/正则/精确)与文本类文件内容(--content)双通道搜索，可组合 --type/--size-min/--size-max/--dir/--newer/--older/--exact 等精细筛选；仅能检索纯文本/代码/json/xml 等文本类内容，Word/Excel/PPT/PDF 的二进制内容不支持(如需请明确告知)。差异化：系统装有 Everything 就走其全盘索引(毫秒级)，没装则自动回退自建 NTFS USN/遍历索引兜底——不像其它 everything 系技能必须预装 Everything，也远比逐层目录遍历快几个数量级。仅支持 Windows。
