Introduction
Plan Keeper (任务规划与断点看板) 与 AI Skill Tracker (技能效能度量与记忆唤醒) 联合工作流规范。保持双技能独立解耦，阐明任务立项、技能唤醒、步骤推进、断点恢复与复盘度量的闭环协同机制。是原任务锚点的分离和细化，使用方法：安装后，告诉AI：“加载Plan Keeper 与 AI Skill Tracker技能”，如果只用任务记录，就只加载Plan Keeper，如果想要知道技能使用记录就只加载AI Skill Tracker，建议一起使用，当你想回顾「这个项目用了哪些技能、哪些技能一直沉睡」时，不需要去翻数据库，直接读 records/skill-inventory-and-stats.md 即可。通过AI你可以在项目的切换往期开发中，最常使用的相关技能自动在后台准备就绪。" 每日 daily/YYYY-MM-DD.md 会自动记录当天技能使用统计，形成长期趋势数据。Git 同步后，即使换机器或换会话，历史数据不丢失。
