泄露密钥轮换与撤销证据闭环
Introduction
面向独立开发者、小型研发与运维团队、安全负责人：对一批泄露密钥事件做离线的轮换与撤销证据闭环审计。输入基准时间（带时区）、可选 SLA（ack_hours/rotation_hours）、脱敏 incidents[]（incident_id/provider/secret_type/fingerprint/environment/exposed_at/detected_at/severity/owner）、dependencies[]（service_id/incident_id/owner/criticality）与 events[]（event_id/incident_id/type/occurred_at/evidence_id/actor，事件类型限 detected/owner_notified/new_secret_created/dependency_updated/deployment_verified/old_secret_revoked/alert_closed/postcheck_passed，依赖类事件可带可选 service_id 以精确归属）。隐私门禁：发现疑似真实令牌、私钥块、长认证串、不透明长字符串或未脱敏 secret_value 字段时**立即拒绝处理且不回显输入片段**。规则：按 incident_id 建状态机；从代码删除或关闭告警**不能替代供应商侧撤销**；正常低停机顺序可为创建新密钥→更新依赖→部署验证→撤销旧密钥→后检，但高危事件需突出立即撤销的取舍；检查每个依赖是否同时具备更新与验证证据、是否存在旧凭据仍可能有效的窗口、owner/SLA/证据缺口；重复的相同事实单列并降级、同ID冲突拒绝；时间冲突及证据/依赖缺口阻止干净闭环；步骤保留最早报告、逐依赖核对最新更新。输出 OPEN / ROTATION_IN_PROGRESS / READY_TO_REVOKE / REVOKED_PENDING_VERIFY / CLOSED_WITH_EVIDENCE / SLA_BREACH / PARTIAL / INVALID，附每事件时间线、暴露窗口、依赖覆盖率、缺失动作、冲突证据与下一步人工清单。不验证或撤销真实密钥、不访问 GitHub/云平台、不改历史、不自动关闭安全告警。触发词：密钥泄露、凭据轮换、撤销证据、依赖更新、SLA 超时、后检、事件闭环、安全审计。联系邮箱：43298568@qq.com。
