给 AI 一段"可被精确压缩的长期记忆"。用户给出一条记忆的 id 或指针（ref），本 Skill 即发起一次按次计费的 AIC 记忆胶囊（Adaptive Information Capsule）压缩，返回"稳定指针 + 结构化事实 + 关键原子"的分层胶囊—— 数字、日期、金额、型号、URL 等事实在任何压缩层级都完整保留（原子守恒），需要时可用展开指针逐字取回原文 （无损可逆）。单次 0.19 元，由支付宝 AI 付完成扣款——不注册账号、不绑定订阅、不接触任何密钥。 基于 HTTP 402 智能体支付协议，支付与凭证全部由支付宝官方 CLI 处理。适合：需要在极短上下文里精准引用 某条长记忆的关键事实、为上下文"减肥"省 token、或批量预处理记忆的场景；也适合想让自己的 Agent 具备 "可精确压缩的长期记忆"而不想自建记忆库的团队。不适合：首次写入记忆、语义检索多条记忆（请用 Mnemosyne OS 检索）、 私有化部署（请使用 Mnemosyne OS 自建实例）。
