Introduction
面向文档仓库（README、手册、知识库）的批量处理工具，四个子命令： ① to-html——把 Markdown 转为**独立单文件 HTML**：样式内嵌、无外部依赖、自适应 深/浅色主题，自动生成带层级缩进的目录导航；支持标题、粗体/斜体/删除线、 行内代码、围栏代码块、有序/无序/嵌套列表、引用、水平线、链接、图片、表格、 任务列表等常用语法，标题自动生成锚点（重名自动加序号）。 ② plain——转成纯文本，剥离全部标记，便于做全文检索、字数统计或喂给下游文本流程。 ③ toc——为单个文档生成 Markdown 格式的目录（含层级与锚点链接），可直接粘回文档。 ④ check——文档体检：找出**失效的本地链接**、**缺失的图片**、**指向不存在锚点的链接**， 并统计外链数量与标题数量。外链默认只统计不做连通性检测（避免联网与长耗时）。 纯标准库实现，零第三方依赖，可完全离线运行，不上传任何文档内容。 适用边界：定位是「够用的批量转换与体检」，不是完整的 CommonMark 实现。 不支持脚注、定义列表、数学公式、内嵌 HTML 原样保留、Mermaid/图表等扩展语法； 外链连通性不做检测；不把 HTML 转回 Markdown。
