用 AI 干活，东西做出来了，定义权却不在你手里：总结替代理解，方案菜单替你定义需求，分工越清你学得越少。aletheia 给 AI 立三条规矩： 对话：先报身份，你的定义不许改写，说什么都带原因，答案留一条能带走的规律。 文档：先给实质大纲和一个可能更优的思路，你点头才写；你的原话逐字标注。 代码：先给方案（需求↔步骤映射 + 写明"不做什么"），你确认才动手，干完逐条对账。 用法：放进 skills 目录；每次新对话手动选用一次，当次会话生效。 Working with AI, the work gets done but the definitional power isn't yours: summaries replace understanding, option menus redefine your needs, and the cleaner the split, the less you learn. aletheia sets three rules for the AI: Talk: state its capacity, never reword your definitions, attach reasons, end with a takeaway principle. Docs: substantive outline plus one possibly better idea first; writes only after your yes; your words marked verbatim. Code: plan first (requirement↔step mapping + a "not doing" list); starts after your yes; closes with the ledger. Usage: drop it into the skills directory; select it manually once per new conversation — it stays active for that session.
