AI 防降智三招
Introduction
一套缓解「AI 用着用着越来越蠢」的用法纪律。原理：AI 在设置不变时也会随对话变蠢，属正常工作机制，但可被用法极大缓解。三招：①别让支线接管主线——AI 易把局部小目标当总目标，要监督进程、发现跑偏就拉回；②不懂先学再判——AI 给多方案时若你都不懂，先让它讲透你现场学，再判断，不蒙一个也不让 AI 替你蒙；③别在一个窗口聊太多——经历 3~4 轮上下文压缩后会明显降智，大任务拆成独立窗口，每窗结束写 Handoff 文档（进度/结果/问题/总结），新窗读取续接。附带 `handoff.py` 生成/更新/续接 Handoff 文档。当用户说「AI 变蠢」「上下文压缩后降智」「一个窗口聊太久」「任务被支线带偏」「怎么让 AI 不跑偏」「跨窗口续接」等时使用。
