中式菜肴知识库。含《百姓自制蔬菜食谱1000例》17 类蔬菜 1034 道素菜，另含家常菜（猪肉 2 道、常见家常小炒 18 道、文档补录 44 道、孕妇食谱 19 道、糖尿病人膳食 12 道，共 95 道，由用户补入；含红烧肉/宫保鸡丁/鱼香肉丝/剁椒鱼头/麻辣水煮鱼/口水鸡/酸菜鱼/地三鲜/咖喱牛肉土豆丝/鱼香肝片/红烧兔肉/烩酸菠菜/荞麦鸡丝面汤等），以及《中国名菜谱》17 地方风味（京/沪/川/粤/苏/浙/闽/湘/鄂/豫/鲁? 等）约数千道名菜的【原料】【制法】全文。每道菜以语义编码（地方菜 JS-M-001、家常菜 BG-白菜-001、家常荤素小炒 BG-家常菜-001）替代页码便于检索，按原书分为山珍海味菜、肉菜、禽蛋菜、水产菜、植物菜、其他菜六大类。用于查菜谱、定烹饪方案。
