Introduction
个人知识工作台（personal-knowledge-workbench）是一个零依赖、全本地、可复用的个人效能与知识工作流 Skill。输入一段自然语言文本或结构化任务描述，输出符合固定 JSON Schema 的标准化交付物，覆盖"收件—整理—加工—产出—复盘"五段流水线。覆盖 24 项可独立调用也可串联编排的实际功能：待办清单生成与优先级排序、日历/时间块排程、周计划/日计划编排、会议纪要结构化、行动项提取与责任人派分、日报/周报/月报撰写、复盘（KPT/ORID/GROW 四模板）、目标设定与里程碑拆解（SMART/OKR）、笔记整理与康奈尔化、卡片盒笔记（Zettelkasten）编号与链接、读书摘录与金句卡、灵感捕获与 idea 池、思维导图大纲生成、文章大纲与标题、正文扩写与多风格改写、摘要与提炼、术语表与词汇卡、FAQ/常见问答生成、检查清单（checklist）生成、决策日志与利弊分析、项目简报（one-pager）、知识检索与关联推荐、模板库与自定义模板保存/加载。取名方式为"中文功能命名 + 小写英文连字符短名"：中文名"个人知识工作台"直述场景（个人知识与日常工作的统一工作台），英文名 personal-knowledge-workbench 全部小写、连字符分隔、无空格、无特殊字符、无版本号后缀，可作为跨平台稳定的 slug 与目录名。输入统一支持纯文本 / Markdown / JSON / 文件路径四种形态，输出统一为 { "skill": "personal-knowledge-workbench", "version": "1.0.0", "status": "ok", "mode": "<功能名>", "data": { ... }, "artifacts": [ { "kind": "markdown"|"json"|"text", "name": "<文件建议名>", "content": "..." } ], "next_actions": [ "<建议下一步>" ] }。无敏感权限：不读写系统目录，不调用网络 API，不执行外部命令，不读取环境变量或密钥，不做任何跨进程操作；全部运算为本地字符串/JSON 处理，输入内容不外传。可扩展：每个 mode 通过同一入口路由，新增功能只需在 modes 表注册名称与字段契约，模板以字符串形式内联，可通过自定义模板持久化。命名规范：Skill 目录名小写连字符；模式名小写连字符；产物文件名 ASCII 安全；所有输出采用 UTF-8。可作为上架交付物，包含 icon.png 头像与完整 JSON 元数据。
