Introduction
面向个人创作者、UGC 创作者、小型 MCN 和品牌方对接人：离线把一次共创合作的素材使用范围整理成可以逐条核对的矩阵。输入是带时区偏移的 as_of、collaboration（collab_id / brand / creator）、assets[]（asset_id / basename / kind / source_note）、grants[]（grant_id / asset_id / authorized_parties[] / channels[] / territory[] / purposes[] / modifications[] / starts_on / ends_on / attribution_required / attribution_text / renewal_note / source_evidence / notes）与可选 requests[]（request_id / asset_id / party / channel / territory / purpose / modifications[] / planned_on）。判定规则完全固定：日期一律 YYYY-MM-DD 且必须可解析、开始不得晚于结束，否则整体阻塞；结束日等于基准日仍算生效，早于基准日才是已到期；结束日缺失一律记为结束日未知并追问，绝不读作永久授权，也绝不把缺失的范围补成全渠道；同一资产在重叠时间段内两条记录的范围字段取值不一致记为冲突并提问，工具不替你选一条；新请求逐字段比对，得出已覆盖 / 覆盖但依据记录本身冲突 / 超范围 / 无生效窗口 / 信息不足无法比对五种结果，均声明为登记范围比对而非法律结论。安全上：附件只登记单一文件名，含路径或链接的引用被拒绝且只保留安全化文件名，原引用一字不回显；字段名或值形如凭据直接拒绝处理且不回显原值；提示注入只标记不执行并替换为固定占位；控制字符剥离、自由文本转义 Markdown 元字符。不解释条款效力、不起草合同、不判断侵权、不计算费用、不向任何平台提交授权、不发送通知。输出 JSON 另带 markdown_summary 范围确认单。只读、离线、不使用任何第三方库。触发词：使用范围、授权范围、内容授权、使用权、商单范围、素材使用权限、渠道范围、投放范围、授权期限、到期提醒、二创权限、署名要求、范围确认单。联系邮箱：43298568@qq.com。
