技能管家
Introduction
技能管家 —— AI 技能资产的体检与选型顾问。当用户说「技能管家」「我装了太多技能」「哪些技能可以删/卸载」「技能重复了」「技能冲突/打架」「这个技能值得装吗」「我该装什么技能」「帮我整理技能」「技能太多不知道用哪个」「体检技能」时使用。做三件事：①资产体检——清点已装技能，识别功能重复、触发词冲突、低质量技能，给出保留/卸载建议；②选型顾问——按用户要做的事，从市场检索并横向对比，推荐最合适的技能；③准入判断——新技能装之前，判断它是否与已有技能重复、质量是否达标。只读不动手：绝不删除或禁用任何技能，只出报告；安全风险转交内置 skills-security-check，本技能只评资产与质量。
