Introduction
从零把一个散乱文件夹搭成"可检索、可维护、可交接"的本地知识库，纯 Markdown 文件不被任何 App 绑架。五步工作法：选目录体系（init 建骨架，内置 PARA / 主题树 / 时间流三套）→ 搬文件（scan 扫描画像，查类型分布、精确重复、收件箱滞留）→ 建索引（index 生成全库 INDEX.md + 标签页 TAGS.md + 机器可读 catalog.json）→ 能找到（search 全文检索，中文按 2-gram 拆词无需分词库，支持 AND/OR/正则/按扩展名过滤）→ 敢交付（doctor 体检 11 项：空文件、精确重复、断链 [[wikilink]]、孤儿页、命名违规、超大文件、收件箱滞留等，有 ERROR 即判不通过）。另含 add 用 4 类模板（原子笔记/会议记录/决策记录 ADR/读书摘要）新建规范笔记并自动写 frontmatter，stats 看统计概览。当用户说：搭知识库、建知识库、整理资料库、本地知识库、Markdown 笔记库、第二大脑、second brain、PARA 方法、文件太多找不到、资料归档体系、笔记检索、知识库体检、wikilink 断链、重复文件清理、知识管理、文档库搭建、个人 wiki、Obsidian 库搭建、知识沉淀体系时触发。纯 Python 标准库零依赖，跨 Windows / macOS / Linux。
