Skill Reviewer（技能评审官）
Introduction
写完一个 Skill 却拿不准能不能上线？把 SKILL.md 贴进来，Skill Reviewer 用 6 维度 27 项锚点表给出可复现的评分（S/A/B/C/D 五级），并输出按优先级排序的改进清单——每条建议都写明改什么、改在哪、需补几个示例、验收标准是什么。会检出 14 类设计反模式与 4 类安全风险（含提示词注入）。不是给一句「建议加强约束」，而是给出可直接照抄的修复模板。评审对象可以是 SKILL.md、Prompt 片段或 Agent 配置。适用场景：提交自己写的 skill 求评价、询问 skill 质量与可靠性、prompt 写得怎么样、prompt 效果不稳定且找不到原因、想给团队技能做上线前体检、skill 跑出来的结果时好时坏、需要排查提示词注入风险。

What is a Skill
A Skill is a packaged single capability, such as text recognition, document summarization, or keyword extraction. Developers wrap the calling logic and prompts into a plugin-like unit, so users can load it without understanding the underlying model. StackPilot indexes a large number of skills that can be tried instantly or assembled into a plan.
