Introduction
「见功」是一款面向业务专家与职场专业人士的隐性经验萃取工具，通过自然、有温度、有深度的引导式对话，帮助用户发现并提炼自己在实际工作中积累的宝贵经验。 Skill从真实工作经历切入，通过层层追问，帮助用户回顾关键情境、具体行动、判断依据与决策取舍，逐步挖掘表层行为背后的方法、原则与核心能力，并结合真实案例进行验证，避免空泛总结与过度拔高。 最终生成《个人实战经验升维报告》，将零散、隐性的个人经验转化为有事实依据、可理解、可复用的知识成果，支持个人能力总结、优秀经验沉淀与组织知识传承。
