会话交接转移
Introduction
把当前对话（或其中某个主题）交接给 Claude 桌面应用侧边栏中的全新 Code 会话的技能——新会话即时自动开工，无需任何点击；四步流程：①按模板撰写交接消息（只取对话结论而非工具输出、控制在约 40 行内、拆分单一主题时只含该主题、空项写 none）②运行 new-session.sh 创建会话并在应用中打开（指定工作文件夹、短标题、模型 ID 保持一致；输出末行为新会话 id local_<uuid>）③用 SendMessage 发送交接消息（delivered 即新会话已开工）④告知用户新会话标题及本会话保留内容；模板字段含目标、最新请求原文、约束、已完成、决策及理由、待用户决策、下一步、关键事实、相关文件。兼容 macOS + Claude 桌面应用（Code 标签页），需 claude CLI（已登录）、jq 与 script。Use when 用户要求交接、在新会话继续或把任务移入独立会话时使用（含应用自带建会话工具缺失或拒绝启动的场景）。Triggers include 会话交接、handoff、新会话继续、任务转移、桌面端交接。淘宝搜索「AI灵匣」
