Introduction
一个帮我先想清楚再动手的技能。大多数人用 AI 的方式是「我想清楚了，你帮我执行」。真正难的是前一步：我到底要解决什么问题。这个技能做的事，就是在动手之前，先诊断瓶颈在哪，然后沿一个方向把问题问清楚。方法框架来自 Anthropic 的公开教程《How to be more ambitious: A tutorial for humans with models》，由 Claude 团队工程师撰写。

What is a Skill
A Skill is a packaged single capability, such as text recognition, document summarization, or keyword extraction. Developers wrap the calling logic and prompts into a plugin-like unit, so users can load it without understanding the underlying model.
