把随口说的一段语音/视频口述变成带复选框的待办清单 md:本地 Whisper 语音转写(不上传、支持音视频),agent 从口语里抽取待办项(识别“要/记得/别忘/明天/周五”等意图词),整理成可勾选的待办 md。当用户提到语音待办、语音备忘录、说话变待办、语音转清单、口述待办、录音转待办、把语音整理成待办、随口说的记成清单、语音转todo时触发。不适用于:会议纪要(请用录音转会议纪要)、播客/课程转笔记(audio-to-notes)、纯音乐识别、外文长视频翻译。
