Introduction
当用户的需求含糊（「帮我优化一下」「整理成报告」「做个方案看看」）、或已经出现来回追问、答非所问、改了几版还不对时使用。核心是控制对话轮次而不是增加提问：先给需求打可执行度分（0–100），≥75 直接开工不打扰；55–74 出一轮 3–4 题澄清包；<55 先对齐目标 4 题。出现「优化/整理/完善」这类动作模糊词时，无论分数高低都强制补一题目标。每题必带 A/B/C 选项、推荐默认值与选错代价，支持一条消息批量回答；回答后自动生成执行契约（要做/范围/交付/判定/受众/不做/默认假设/风险）供用户回读确认。含 6 类任务（文档/数据/代码/设计/调研/流程）专用问题库与可执行脚本。触发词：反复沟通、来回问、问不清楚、需求不明确、说不清要什么、一次问完、追问清单、对齐需求、执行契约、理解偏差、答非所问、又改错了、无效返工、clarify once、one round clarification。不适用于：用户已给出可判定标准（直接做）、探索型任务（先做出来看看）、纯闲聊。
