Introduction
本地工作空间与对话溯源定位。当用户询问"某个操作是在哪个工作空间、哪个对话里做的"时使用本技能，例如：哪个对话建了对接 Jira 的 MCP、某张表/某个功能是什么时候在哪改的、某条命令在哪个会话跑过、某个文件被哪个对话创建或修改。触发词：哪个空间、哪个对话、哪次聊天、哪个会话、工作空间、溯源、定位对话、什么时候做的、在哪做的、查找历史操作、哪个项目里做的、谁创建的。基于本地预建索引（workbuddy.db + audit-log + changes-detail）秒级定位，输出"空间→对话标题→会话ID→时间→依据"，单次查询 token 成本可忽略。
