Introduction
当长任务需要跨会话、跨工具或跨人继续时使用。典型场景：上下文窗口快满了要开新会话；额度/限流到了换个模型接着做；任务做到一半下班，第二天接着干；把任务从 Claude Code 交给 Codex，或从 A 同事交给 B 同事；上一轮明明锁定了方案，这一轮又被改回去；接手后发现前面的活和说的不一样。产出为「HANDOFF.md（人读）+ handoff.json（机读）+ 校验报告」三件套，并在续跑前做准入校验。触发词：长任务、断点续跑、接着上次、上次聊到哪了、会话接续、上下文快满了、额度到了、换一个 agent 接着做、交接一下、写交接单、保存进度、handoff、session continuity、resume task、context limit、continue from where we left off、pick up where I stopped。不适用于：单次会话内就能做完的短任务；需要联网查事实的验证（本技能只做结构级与文件级校验，不判断外部事实真伪）；把对话全文存档（本技能只留任务状态，不留聊天记录）。
