外部技能导入管理
Introduction
将他人仓库中发布的技能导入自用代理进行本地管理的技能。拉取指定仓库、在深度四层内扫描并列出可安装的技能，明确标示不适配本代理的条目后，仅将被选中的技能复制到本代理的技能目录。frontmatter 缺失或不一致时只补齐 frontmatter，正文一字不改。在 metadata 中记录来源 URL、路径、分支、提交、正文摘要值与获取日期，后续更新核对由 skill-sync 完成。全程严控写入范围，未经用户批准不得落盘任何文件。Use when 需要从外部仓库批量查看并挑选安装他人发布的技能时使用。Triggers include 技能导入、外部仓库、SKILL.md、frontmatter 补全、来源记录。淘宝搜索「AI灵匣」
