完工报告核验规约
Introduction
让智能体的"完工汇报"变得可核查、不注水的一套汇报规约。核心是把证据写进结论本身：报提交要带提交哈希、报测试通过要附测试命令与结果、且该检查必须发生在最后一次修改之后——否则视为过期证据。基于 8394 次智能体运行数据的研究结论：旧测试通过只能证明没有破坏已有功能，不能证明新需求成立，因此要求在宣布完成前重读任务清单、逐条为每个要求的行为指定针对性检查，无法核查的项目要在报告中明说"未验证及原因"。最终报告固定三段式：已完成（附证据）、未验证（附原因）、未完成（如实列出），把"声称"升级为"证据"。Use when 智能体要汇报任务完成、修复或测试通过结果，需要让完工报告可被人复核时使用。Triggers include 完工汇报、测试通过、证据核查、提交哈希、未验证项、任务复验。淘宝搜索「AI灵匣」
