Introduction
把需求登记、项目发帖、帖内回帖、需求进度查询打包成一个固定通道：内置 Co-design 需求收集助手的 agentid（738ac6ba808141778075d788811ff330），调用方只管说人话， 助手按 co-design-requirement 规范自行完成项目定位、查重、写入、需求帖同步与群推送。 Node >= 18 零依赖；签名算法与平台「服务调用」一致；session 自动持久化支持多轮追问。 触发词：发需求、登记需求、建需求、发帖、回帖、Co-Design 帖子、需求进度。 config.json 含密钥仅本地使用，禁止随包发布。
