Introduction
Use when 用户说 /裹脚布、/guojiaobu、检查上下文腐烂、看看这会话是不是该换了、要不要开新会话、当前上下文还能不能继续当决策依据，或问该停/该交接/能不能分叉。用户只是抱怨会话长/模型变慢、或在问任务本身而非上下文状态时不要触发。基于可观测信号输出三行以内的绿/黄/红提示与下一步动作，每条结论可回指轮次或原文。不生成交接包，不执行归档/分叉/压缩。
