知识盘点与挖掘
Introduction
当用户要求"扫一遍有没有漏提的可复用规则/知识资产""盘点全盘 .md 提取沉淀""把任务里的规则提炼进全局记忆""全盘巡检规则缺口"时，使用本技能。它做知识资产的**盘点→核验→萃取→并入**四步：先盘点 ~/WorkBuddy 下的 .md（不做语义解析、只量体积与文件名），再核验全局记忆缺口与冲突，萃取净增的**可复用知识资产**（英语 rule 取广义：规律/法则/经验法则 rule of thumb，不限于中文"规章制度"窄义）——含硬约束、方法论、坑与教训、模板范式、决策判据五类；支持去重/冲突检测、溯源标注、可配置落点、dry-run 预览。最后脱敏并入现有分册（单文件≤50KB、一个文件能解决的不设两个文件），母本保留不删。旨在避免"任务内沉淀完就沉死、既占上下文又费算力"。
