苏格拉底式问诊
Introduction
苏格拉底式问诊下游执行 skill。读取 tri-intent 快照 §三，处理 I03/I04 的 socratic-inquiry 子类意图——用户给出困惑后，AI 暂不给建议，通过最多 6 个自适应反问（一次一问、每问前声明判断更新、只问可能改变结论的问题、信息足够立即停止）帮助用户把模糊困惑收敛为准确、具体、可行动的新问题，产出 6 项诊断卡，经用户确认后重路由求解。当 tri-intent 快照下游路由建议指向本 skill（L3=socratic-inquiry），或用户显式说「苏格拉底式问诊」「先别给建议，先问我几个问题」「帮我把问题问清楚」「帮我理清我的困惑」时激活。不预设立场、不偏向任何结论。支持独立安装，含上游依赖检测三态逻辑（快照模式/待识别模式/引导安装）。
