文件记忆管理法
Introduction
面向跨多个会话存活或处于被反复压缩的长对话中的智能体，用纯文本文件加 git 仓库承载长期记忆：重置后需要的任何信息先写进文件并提交，保留「下一步」清单供未来的自己优先阅读；每条经验标注来源类别——人类告知、亲自观察、自行推断、外部建议——以区分可信程度；过时的结论用删除线加日期替代而非抹除，以免掩盖错误认知；压缩摘要与状态记录也只是待核验的声明，行动前先对照 git 日志、文件本体或任务输出核实；文件记忆会腐坏，要定期合并重复、清走已完成项；密码、密钥与令牌绝不写入记忆文件、提交或消息。Use when 智能体需要跨会话持久保存记忆时使用。Triggers include 长期记忆、会话压缩、知识管理、状态留存淘宝搜索「AI灵匣」
