账号用量额度检查
Introduction
检查模型账号的用量限额状态，包括五小时滚动窗口与每周限额（如套餐包含）的已用比例和重置时间，在派发子智能体或长任务之前预判额度是否会中断工作，避免批量任务中途被限流截断造成进度损失。脚本仅向官方接口发送本地令牌且绝不回显令牌内容，支持原始 JSON 输出便于自动化解析。额度耗尽前可让智能体先把产物写到临时文件名、完成后再改名留存，额度重置后通过消息恢复现场并提醒其先检查自身状态。Use when 派发子任务前或怀疑用量额度即将耗尽时使用。Triggers include 用量检查、限额查询、限流恢复、额度重置淘宝搜索「AI灵匣」
