心跳巡检机器人

心跳巡检技能，为Agent提供定时自主巡检能力。按配置的时间间隔自动检查收件箱和群聊两个消息通道，发现新任务后自动执行，完成后汇报进展和结果。支持任务优先级排序、超时检测和失败重试。作为Agent的心跳机制，确保即使无人手动触发，Agent也能持续处理待办事项，避免消息积压和任务遗漏。适用于需要7x24小时自主运行的Agent场景，推荐每5分钟执行一次巡检。
