当你有一份结构化知识源（技术书/论文/文档/长文/文件夹），想把它变成"随叫随到、精准调用关键内容"的 agent skill 时触发。 它把 book-to-skill 范式（★8582, MIT）适配为 WorkBuddy 格式：本地提取文本 → 蒸馏结构（非摘要）→ 生成常驻核心(<4K) + 章节索引 + 决策层(cheatsheet) + 词汇表 + 模式库 → 按需加载章节，未读不计 token。 核心铁律：蒸馏结构而非摘要；cheatsheet 决策层把作者判断力显式化；token 预算矩阵防注水；大源用索引+切片。 触发场景（满足任一即触发）： 1. 用户丢来 PDF/书/文档/文件夹，说"把这本书做成 skill""把这份文档变成知识引擎" 2. 用户说"按 book-to-skill 范式""内容型 skill""文档蒸馏成 skill" 3. 用户想把某领域权威资料固化成可复用能力 不用于： - 纯功能需求（"我要个周报生成 skill"）→ need-to-skill-flow - 从 GitHub 仓库机械转 skill（无蒸馏）→ skill-seekers - 已在 knowledge-to-skill-flow 里被当作"实现方法"借结构 → 走那条线，它会标注「产物形态=内容型」并交给 skill-builder

What is a Skill
A Skill is a packaged single capability, such as text recognition, document summarization, or keyword extraction. Developers wrap the calling logic and prompts into a plugin-like unit, so users can load it without understanding the underlying model. StackPilot indexes a large number of skills that can be tried instantly or assembled into a plan.
