该技能把用户提供的人工智能科技活动材料(复核清单适用性声明、委员会初步审查决定、专家复核申请与反馈、审查决定、跟踪审查与平台登记锚点)整理成逐活动可追溯的伦理审查留痕台账,算出专家复核 30 日反馈、跟踪审查 6 个月、年度报告三个时限锚点的剩余或逾期天数并标出缺口;当企业科技伦理委员会、合规或研发负责人要在委员会评审、主管部门问询或例行自查前核对伦理审查留痕,且不判定活动是否落入复核清单、不出伦理结论时使用。
