Introduction
像大脑一样管理 AI agent 的长期记忆——决定编码什么、强化什么、合并什么、让什么淡去。任何时候写入、读取、清理或重组 agent 持久记忆存储时都使用本 skill（记忆文件、MEMORY.md 索引、"记住这个"、用户画像事实、会话回忆）。当记忆变得臃肿、陈旧、自相矛盾，或检索总是浮现错误内容时也要用它——它把模糊的"这个该不该存？"判断，变成由用户自身行为信号驱动的、有神经科学依据的具体决策。即使用户只说"记住""忘掉那个""你怎么老提这个"或"清理下你关于我的笔记"，也应触发。安装后首次使用或用户要求"初始化/设置记忆系统"时，内置 bootstrap 问答完成初始化。
