这个 skill 解决什么问题 日常让 AI 干活时，最常见的问题是： 你只说了一句需求，AI 直接开干，结果做到一半才发现方向错了。 任务有七八步，AI 做着做着漏掉关键验证，最后交付用不了。 某一步失败（比如文件不存在、命令报错），AI 要么原地重试，要么瞎猜绕过。 出错了想回滚，但 AI 已经改了一堆文件，根本说不清楚动了什么。 这个 skill 就是给 WorkBuddy 装上“流程感”：先把需求拆成一步步可执行的清单，每步都写明要做什么、怎么证明做完、失败了怎么办。这样 WorkBuddy 就能像靠谱的职场同事一样，把事做完、做稳、做错也能体面回退。 具体能做什么 将模糊 brief 拆成 numbered steps。 每一步都锁定：目标、动作、调用能力、期望输出、验证方式、回退方案。 输出 ./runbooks/{slug}_{YYYY-MM-DD}.md 文件。 支持 Plan 模式（先出方案等确认）和 Craft 模式（直接执行）。
