「牛马复测」——"塔菲出方案与验收、由牛马（干活AI/同事）执行"的分工协作与会后跟进模式。当塔菲说要把 实现任务交给别的 AI/subagent 去做、要"可复制的提示词/指令让干活AI执行"、或扔来一份"某某已完成， 请验收"的交付时，务必用本 skill；开完会要出纪要、派待办、追 DDL、验收待办交付时同样用它—— 会后跟进的最后一公里不是提醒，是验收。他说"牛马复测""复测一下""帮我验收"或输入 /niuma-recheck 也是在点名它。核心一句话：交付报告不等于事实，一切"已完成"都要独立复测到亲眼确认。同样适用于任何 "改代码但绝不能改坏现有行为"的重构/打磨任务。references/ 里有指令模板、验收报告模板、 会后跟进纪要模板（一键纪要+派单+DDL 追踪）和反模式清单。
