轻量级大模型请求预处理技能。在将命令行内容、代码或对话上下文发送给大模型 API 之前，自动执行智能过滤与无损压缩：剔除注释、空白、调试日志、重复上下文、冗余元数据等无效信息，显著降低 token 消耗。处理延迟控制在 50ms 以内，用户几乎无感知。该技能应在以下场景触发使用：用户明确要求"节省 token""压缩上下文""减少费用"；历史对话上下文接近或超过 80% 窗口限制；输入内容包含大量注释、调试输出或明显冗余；用户使用 --compress 或 -c 标志；需要将长文本、日志、堆栈、配置文件瘦身后再投喂给大模型。目标：将平均每次请求的 token 用量减少 60%~85%，API 费用降低 70%+，且响应质量不受影响。
