基于真实代码生成中文 HTML 图文知识文章（也支持其他语言输出）。当用户说出一个想了解的知识点/能力/模块（如「干预能力」「技能调用」「额度扣减逻辑」「VLM 文生图链路」），并希望讲清它「是怎么实现的」「如何工作」「帮我整理成文档/知识文章」时使用。触发词包括 讲讲这个能力、这个模块怎么工作、基于代码生成知识文章、仓库知识文档、模块能力说明、把代码讲清楚、codebase knowledge article、repo knowledge doc。用户只需给出知识点，其余（仓库探测、模式、骨架、校验、格式）全部按默认流程自动完成，不要反问受众与格式。输出固定单文件 .html（内联 SVG，双击即开、可直接分发），默认面向非开发读者的策略逻辑型：讲策略逻辑与判定顺序，不给函数体；所有结论必须附 file:line 并经脚本校验存在。仅在用户明确要 Markdown 时才产出 .md。| Generate illustrated single-file HTML knowledge articles in Chinese (other languages supported) grounded in the real code of a repository. Use when the user names a capability, module or topic — e.g. intervention handling, skill invocation, quota deduction, image-generation pipeline — and asks how it works, how it is implemented, or wants it written up as a shareable doc. The user gives only the topic; repo detection, output mode, section skeleton, citation validation and file format all follow the skill defaults, so never ask about audience or format first. Output is a self-contained .html with inline SVG that opens by double-click and can be distributed as-is. Default mode is strategy-oriented for non-developer readers (testers, PM, ops, managers): explain decision order and policy logic instead of dumping function bodies. Every claim must carry a file:line reference verified to exist by the bundled scripts. Produce Markdown only when the user explicitly asks for it.
